Finding Balance in a Distracting, Quick-Reward World with Dr Anna Lembke

While our children are digital natives, we are all vulnerable to compulsive overconsumption with access to high-dopamine stimuli. The Marin County Office of Education welcomes you to join us for an evening with Dr. Anna Lembke, world renowned psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist.

Dr. Lembke’s presentation will educate parents, educators, and community members on the complexities of addiction, raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of addiction in adolescents and young adults, and to empower the community with practical tools and resources to support individuals struggling with addiction.
